| I know I posted this in events section, you guys should've come out! It was a very well run event and had a great showing considering its only in its second year. We had an absolutely gorgeous day for the show. About 90 degrees and pure sun. My beat red arms, neck and face can prove it :help: Although I dont have official numbers, it looked like about 60-65 cars, somewhere in that range. Everything from the 1930s to 2007s were out in attendance. Some unbelievable cars were there. Beautiful restorations, originals, modifieds, you name it. My class was "new cars, year 200-2007", vettes, mustangs, etc. I believe we had 9 cars in our class in total. All in terrific condition, which made for some tough competition. I wound up taking 1st place in my class, only beating 2nd place by 2pts. I lost most of my points on the engine. I knew I would. I did not have any time to spend cleaning the engine and accepted that I would get knocked down in that area. The rest of the car pulled me through I guess :) Heres a couple pics of my M3. I didnt take many pics of it though. Wound up w/ Best in class...my first win at a show :) I was sitting in my chair and couldnt pass up taking a pic of some good reflections in the trunk :)

Another little reflection shot showing the little display/vendor area I had set up.
This was done really well. Great color, great interior,..very nice.

This guys car looked great! You can tell he puts a lot of time and effort into his finish!
This was a beautiful restoration. He had a photo album documenting all the work. He took home a 1st place as well.

1930 Ford Model A, I believe. Very well documented project that took him 9 years to complete!! Even had a tool kit that came w/ the car... very cool.

If I was going to get a street rod, this is what it would be. Just a very cool design imo.

This was actually a great color in person.
And my favorite at the show. What an amazing truck this was! Rumor was he just sold it for 100k!! Well worth it when you were up close and saw all the details. The paint work was top notch! I think the undercarriage even beats Pats 300, lol.

Some of the undercarriage/wheel well shots. Amazing!

Custom exhaust hangers... cool.

And heres a photobucket link to these and a couple other shots. Enjoy :)
